-Good battles/wn8 ratio (at least 2 k) , example i have 7k and 750/700 wn8
-Have skill , know the maps.
-Have a microphone for Teamspeak
-Have 1 Tier 10 , 2 Tier 8 ( 1 med , 1 heavy ) , 1 Tier 7 scout
