no minimum tier level.
You will be kicked if you insult clan members especialy if they are a high rank member.
If you are saying you are a good player but we get to know you are liar or other kind of scum you will be kicked but if you are honneste about yourself we may consider your aproval in the clan.
We wil give you a higher rank based on activite in playing world of tanks, highest tier tank and socializing skills.
